PRODUCT, DESCRIPTIONS. AND PRICING

• Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Graphics are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may vary in appearance from the graphics shown.
• Although we make every effort to have our images and specifications 100% accurate, Paxton/Patterson LLC is not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding pricing or product descriptions.
• In the event of a typographical error or other error resulting in incorrect pricing or availability, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed with incorrect information.
• Paxton/Patterson LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products sold on this site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

School Orders

We accept school purchase orders on Open Account. Our terms are Net 30 days from your date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. We require a valid school purchase order number and a verifiable school bill-to and ship-to address.

• We also accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
• No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
• Taxes will be applied to orders where we are required to collect sales tax.

Non-School Orders

Personal orders are welcome. Minimum order is $25.00 plus shipping charges. All personal orders must be prepaid by American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

• Non-exempt customers will pay sales tax where applicable.
• Due to special pricing available exclusively to school customers, some items may not be available to non-school customers at the prices listed. Every effort will be made to sell such item(s) at the lowest available price to our non-school customers. Each non-school customer will be notified in advance for approval of any price changes. At the time of notification, the order may be canceled at the customer’s option.
• In states where we have an economic nexus, we will collect state sales tax in accordance with the state tax rates that we are shipping.

International Orders

Presently, Paxton/Patterson does not accept orders from addresses outside the USA.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Paxton/Patterson LLC packaging exceeds minimum carrier standards. Orders are picked, checked, and packed with care. It is your responsibility to check the shipment carefully before signing delivery receipts and LTL bill of ladings, count the cartons, and examine for damage.

Freight

• UPS is our primary delivery service for shipping. Large shipments, furniture, and machinery are shipped common carrier (LTL).
• Shipping via UPS ground is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are a flat fee of $10 (this applies to shipments in the 48 contiguous states).
• Next day or 2nd day delivery via UPS is available, additional charges will be invoiced.
• Hazardous Material Charge of $25 per order may apply when you see items marked HAZMAT. We do not ship any hazardous materials by air.
• If liftgate, inside delivery, or other special services are required, additional charges will apply. Contact 800-323-8484 or sales@paxpat.com for pricing.
• If delivery is to Alaska or Hawaii call for a shipping quote.

Shipments and Backorders

• Items offered by Paxton/Patterson LLC are shipped from our warehouse in Illinois or directly shipped from the manufacturer/vendor.
• Products may be on backorder at the time you place your order.
• Available, stocked items will be shipped. Products that are not available will be backordered unless you specify otherwise.
• Direct ship items will arrive separately.
• If any products ordered have been discontinued, our Customer Success Team will notify you via email or telephone.

Shortages

Contact sales at 800-323-8484 or sales@paxpat.com within 14 days of delivery to report a shortage.

Freight Damages

If there is any damage, these important steps must be taken to establish a claim with the freight company:

• Only sign the freight bill as received after you have written the full extent of the damage on the freight bill.
• Leave all merchandise/cartons in your receiving area - retain packing materials and take pictures.
• Report damage to our Customer Success Team at 800-323-8484 or sales@paxpat.com within 10 Freight Carriers must be notified of damage within 10 days for them to accept any responsibility for the damage.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and freight charge.

• If we make an error filling your order or a product is less than represented, call us within 45 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price or replace the merchandise, whichever you prefer.
• Returns that are not the result of a Paxton/Patterson error must be in 100% new condition, received within the last 60 days, and are subject to a restocking charge. You are required to pay for the return freight or postage. Returns are subject to the manufacturer's applicable return policy. Some manufacturers will not accept returns for products shipped as ordered.
• Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
• Software and DVDs cannot be returned.

COLLEGE AND CAREER READY LABS, CONSTRUCTION CAREER LABS, CAREER DISCOVERY LABS, FUTURE READY LABS, and HEALTH SCIENCE CAREERS are trademarks of Paxton/Patterson LLC; other company names and/or trademarks presented are the property of their respective companies and are used for identification purposes only.

USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

By visiting paxtonpatterson.shop, you agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to transmitting viruses, engaging in data scraping, or violating intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

PRIVACY POLICY

Paxton/Patterson LLC is not liable for any service interruptions, losses of data, or delays in order processing due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party errors, or force majeure events.
